The Differential Roles of Minority Stressors in LGB Identity Disclosure

In this study, we examine how minority stressors (i.e., everyday discrimination, felt stigma, and internalized stigma) jointly contribute to sexual orientation disclosure. Employment Trajectories of Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Factors Driving Transitions Between States

A prospective longitudinal cohort study of 1,806 patients with SLE over a median of 18 years identified marked employment stability and low workforce reentry, demonstrating that organ damage—specifically neuropsychiatric, renal, and musculoskeletal—is a primary driver of work disability and permanent labor force exit.
